• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging due to personal preference or scent selection.
• Once we receive the returned product, the desired replacement scent will be shipped to you.

• The product must be returned in proper condition with original packaging.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference based returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• In such cases, we will bear the shipping costs on both sides.
