Delivery Time
• Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days depending on the destination city and courier coverage area.
• Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time.
Possible Delays
• Delivery timelines may extend during national holidays, public holidays, or unexpected closures.
• Weather conditions, strikes, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may also cause delays.
• During sale periods, launch drops, festive seasons, or high order volume days, courier services may experience heavy pressure which can extend delivery times further.
Packaging & Parcel Safety
• All orders are shipped in customized Personal Matter packaging/flyers for authenticity and safety.
• Customers are strongly advised to check the parcel carefully before accepting delivery.
• If the parcel appears opened, damaged, or tampered with, please refuse to receive it immediately and report it to us.
• Once a tampered parcel is accepted by the customer, we may not be able to claim or justify the issue with the courier company.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed after confirmation and are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
